We source from timber merchants who supply certified and sustainable source timber products. When required as part of the RHS Timber Policy requirements for exhibiting our products at RHS Flower Shows, we submit details for the timber purchased and used to comply with the RHS strict guidelines and requirements for using wood sourced from certified and sustainable source.


Placing Orders

Online Orders: When an order is placed online you will receive an email and payment receipt from

Telephone Orders: When an order is placed by telephone, we will take your order details and process your payment, after which we will send you an order confirmation email and payment receipt with the details of your order, you will need to check all the details. If any changes are required, you must tell us and put any changes in writing by email, whereby we will reply with any amendments.

Website Orders

By placing an order via this website, you undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of buying or ordering goods are correct. You are also undertaking that the credit or debit card or Paypal account that you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the purchases made. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to the information that you have provided whilst placing your order as soon as possible. We may amend these Terms from time to time, and place the new version on the website. However, this will not affect existing orders which will be honoured. The Consumer Protection Regulations for distance selling within the United Kingdom, which includes buying goods via a website allow you to cancel your contract to purchase goods within 7 days from placement of your order to receive a full refund of any payments made. This does not apply directly to goods that are custom / bespoke made.

Order cancellations can be requested by email or telephone and must be CONFIRMED in writing by email or by post to facilitate this cancellation. You must send either a letter or email quoting the order details or reference, your name and address and details of payment made.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there has been an online pricing error and will refund any payment made.

Orders placed in person (face to face) at RHS Flower Shows or any other location form a contract of sale and do not come with any right to cancelation.

Returns & Refund Policy

Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods in writing by email or by post, fully outlining the relevant issue or cause for concern that requires the return of the goods. Goods must be unused and in their original condition - we will not accept returns of used items. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used at time of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the Terms & Conditions outlined above.

Payment Information

You can make payment using the following methods: Debit or Credit card (online orders, telephone orders and chip and PIN when paying at Garden Shows). Orders and payments placed in person or via telephone are made using an approved secure payment card processing terminal supplied by and processed by Worldpay. Payment card details taken via telephone are entered directly into the payment terminal and are NOT stored. Orders placed online via the website use payment processing provided by Paypal.
